In 2023, 15 industrial vehicle manufacturers had annual sales exceeding 10000 units, 20 industrial vehicle manufacturers had annual sales exceeding 5000 units, 25 industrial vehicle manufacturers had annual sales exceeding 3000 units, and 31 industrial vehicle manufacturers had annual sales exceeding 2000 units.

the lowest ranked enterprise shall have an annual sales revenue of no less than 95 million RMB, excluding companies such as KALMAR, KONECRANES, Manitou, which mainly produce port machinery (including container forklifts and stackers). KION Group’s subsidiary Linde (China) forklift Co., Ltd. and KION Baoli (Jiangsu) forklift Co., Ltd. merged to rank together; Hyster Maximal Forklift (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. is included in the list of Hyster ; The sales revenue of Tailift includes the total sales of Qingdao Tailift and its exports to Taiwan; Sany SANY Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. participated in the ranking for the first time.
The Anhui Forklift Group in this ranking still includes the sales of Lida, TOYOTA is the total sales of Toyota Industrial Vehicles (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Toyota Industrial (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. (including BT and RAYMOND), Mitsubishi is the sales of Mitsubishi Wujieshi Forklift (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (including Mitsubishi, NICHIYU, ICM, and ROCLA brands), Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Forklift (Big Truck) Co., Ltd., and Crown More than 90% of the sales revenue of Qingdao Clark Logistics Machinery Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang UN Forklift Co., Ltd., including the sales revenue of Crown Forklift Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Crown Equipment (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., are used for exports. In the past two years, the sales revenue of products produced by foreign companies in China for export has decreased, so some foreign brands have also declined in their rankings this year.
In terms of sales volume, the top two manufacturers in the first tier, Anhui Heli Co., Ltd. and Hangcha Group Co., Ltd., performed well in 2023. We understand that in the face of complex and severe external environment and multiple domestic tests in 2023, Heli has slightly increased. According to the reports of the first three seasons, Heli’s operating revenue in the first three quarters of 2023 was 13.132 billion yuan, an increase of 9.9% from 11.949 billion yuan in the same period last year. At present, Heli’s main business includes the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of industrial vehicle complete machines, intelligent logistics systems, and key components, as well as aftermarket businesses such as accessory services, financing leasing, vehicle leasing, maintenance services, and remanufacturing. Hangcha’s operating revenue in the first three quarters of 2023 was 12.515 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10.12%. Hangcha closely focuses on the diversified development of industrial vehicles, accelerates transformation and upgrading, and enhances the company’s core competitiveness through continuous strengthening of product research and development innovation, forward-looking layout of new energy products, marketing services, intelligent production, resource aggregation and integration, cultural bow and collar, and other aspects, achieving high-quality development.
KION Group (Linde, Baoli), EP-ZL, Lonking, BYD, Noblelift, Toyota, Jungheinrich, and Hyster Yale Group (Hyster, Maximal), which are ranked in the second tier, have all achieved sales revenue of over 1 billion RMB.
