Calculate with 48V560Ah battery as an example:
Q=V*1.15*Ah*0.8/0.85*1.2/1000
=48V*1.15*560Ah*0.8/0.85*1.2/1000
= 34.9KWh (degrees)
Second: measuring the charging output of the charger (debatable)
At present, many brands of electric forklift trucks calculate the cost of forklift batteries, lithium-ion batteries and diesel forklift trucks from the output of the charging machine to measure, while the technical experts of
Yuanjie power supply believe that it is a questionable way to calculate the power consumption according to the charging time. Since the usual charging time is around 10 hours, but the output curve of the charger within this
time is different. Chargers of different brands have different charging curves and therefore different efficiencies. It is advisable to measure the capacity of the battery to do so.
Required power Q = Maximum voltage at maximum current output * Maximum current output from charger / Charging efficiency * Effective charging time / 1000
Calculated with a 48V80A charger (charging 48V560)
Q=48V*115%*80A/85%*7hrs/1000=36.4KWh
